Strybos and Sons Electricial

Strybos & Sons Electrical have a strong history with the Savige Pest Control Ipswich Jets. Company Director Ross Strybos, and his family, have been following the Ipswich Jets since the 80’s. As children, their father would take them all around Brisbane to watch the mighty Jets in action. Their passion for rugby league and the Ipswich Jets merged perfectly when an opportunity arose to partner with the club any years ago.

Ross stated, “Being a part of the Jets community allows our local business to give back to the local rugby league community. Rugby league has always been a big part of the Strybos family, and we have many great memories associated with rugby league in Ipswich. Along with our family, many of our staff love their footy, which also makes it a great partnership”.

Nicole McPhee, Commercial Manager of the Ipswich Jets, agrees, ” At the Jets, we pride ourselves on finding like-minded partners and Strybos echo’s all of our values – family, loyalty and commitment. We love the history that the Strybos family have with the Jets and think of the Strybos team as not just partners, but friends.”

Strybos & Sons Electrical team consists of 8 qualified electricians, two qualified refrigeration mechanics, two apprentices, and various administration staff. All of their staff live in Ipswich and are an essential part of the Strybos Family business. COVID-19 presented its challenges but fortunately, they were able to retain all their staff with the support of their customers, both new and old. In uncertain times being a long-established company meant that their customers knew they could still rely on Strybos & Sons Electrical for their electrical needs.

“This has been a time of both reflection and forward-thinking. We have used this time to upskill our staff, updated our policies and procedures post COVID. We recently implemented a cloud base job management system. This new system allows us to manage our workflow efficiently, interacts better with our customers, and allows real-time updates for when employees are moving between jobs. This has been a step forward in our business scheduling, our professionalism, and of course, the additional focus on the health and safety of both our employees and our customers. We have also recently provided all our field staff with working at heights certification along with licenses for the use of height access equipment”. Ross commented.

Strybos and Sons pride themselves on treating their customers with respect and doing what they say they are going to do. They build relationships with their customers and work very hard to ensure that they exceed their expectations. They do all aspects of electrical work, including communications and air conditioning.
